As the CEO and Founder of Your Heart’s Deziare (YHD), I combine my passion for beauty, wellness, and social change to uplift and empower women in need. Through my hair and therapy business and YHD’s Women Recovery Studios Retreat, I create spaces where women can heal, rebuild confidence, and thrive.

With 13 years of experience as a Registered Medical Assistant and a passion for teaching, Brittany ensures the smooth operation of YHD. A survivor of DV/SA, she is committed to supporting women in their wellness journey. She also owns BMonet Photography and finds peace near the ocean.

Cassandra, with over 10 years in Tax & Accounting, specializes in financial planning, audit defense, and wealth management. She leads a team of Enrolled Agents and CPAs dedicated to supporting individuals and businesses. Passionate about community success, she collaborates with the Sacramento Urban League and the VITA Grant Program. As the owner of Smith Tax & Books, she helps Beauty Industry Leaders and entrepreneurs enhance their cash flow through effective tax and funding strategies.
